BHASKAR REDDY ORDER: WRIT PETITIO N No.4233 of2O25 This writ petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not cancelling the patta certificates and pattadar passbooks issued in favour of respondent Nos.S to 7 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.28 guntas in Sy.No.S3/AA, Ac. 1.34 gunras in Sy.No.S3/A/2 and Ac. 1.34 guntas in Sy.No.53/A/3, situatecl at Mothkupalli Village sivar, Kannepalli Mandal, as illegai. and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

2. It is stated that the names of the petitionJrs and their predecessors-in-interest were recorded as pattadars in the pahanies maintained by the revenue department. It is further stated that the respondents, without considering the issuance of pattadar passbooks in favor of th. petitiorers, assigned the said land in favour of the respondents Nos- 5 to 7 though they are not entitled for issuance of pattadar passbooks. As such, the petitioners made a representation, dated 16.0I .2025, to the respondent No.2. In view of the above submissions, this Court, without expressing any of the opinion on the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ petition directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioners, representation, dated 16.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law aftcr issuing notice to the petitioners and the unofficial respondents and all the persons, whose names a." l."o.d"a i., the revenue records and who are interested or affected by such cancellation, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
