In the year, 200..7, to remove the road margin vendors anrj for the expansion of road, the Government promised the petitioner to allot shops in the newly constructed building ,ra", ,"r';:rlr" for a period of twenty (20) years, for which the petitioner agreed. After c,rmpletion of construction of shops, initiatly, the petitioner was granted the lease for a period of five (5) y€:ars on a fair monthly rernt and the said lease was extended from time to time, and was valid tilt the end of December , 2024. It is further the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is further entiUed for getting remaining rive (5) years rease i.e., upto, December, 202g as per resolution No.133/2007, dated 24.70.2007, however, the said lease is not breing extended.
