2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.2 to 6, who are police authorities, are insisting that the petitioner to vacate her landed property situated in Sy. No 671 of Suryapet Village. without following due process of law. Aggrieved by such actions, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking appropriate directions from this Court

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondent police have never interfered with the possession of the petitioner and that the police authorities are acting strictly in accordance with law. He further contends that the allegations made in the petition are vague and unsupported by any credible or specific material, and therefore, do not warrant consideration. Accordingly. he prays that the writ petition be dismissed as being devoid of merit

5. The petitioner's specific grievance is that the respondent police authorities are interfering with her peaceful possession of the property and are insisting that she vacate the same without any lawful authority or civil adjudication
6. Having regard to the petitioner's assertions and keeping in view the well established principle that police authorities have no role to play in matters of purely civil nature, respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are directed to refrain from interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property mentioned in the petition They shall also desist from insisting that the petitioner to vacate the said property, except in strict conformity with law and only by following due process as established under law
