THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE G. KRISHNA MOHAN REDDY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION Nos.459, 460, 461, 462, 463, 464 AND 465 of 2011 COMMON ORDER: These petitions are filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Cr.P.C.) to transfer M.V.O.P.Nos.2087, 2088, 2089, 2090, 2091 of 2008 on the file of the Court of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and also M.V.O.P.Nos.14 and 15 of 2009 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to the Court of III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad for trial and disposal along with M.V.O.P. Nos.2092 and 2157 of 2008 on the file of later Court. Heard the counsel for both the parties. Satisfied. The civil revision petitions are allowed transferring O.P.Nos.2087, 2088, 2089, 2090 and 2091 of 2008 on the file of the Court of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad; O.P.Nos.2092 and 2157 of 2008 on the file of the Court of III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad; and M.V.O.P. Nos.14 and 15 of 2009 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to the Court of Special Judge for trial of cases under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989–cum–IX Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as requested by the parties, for trial and disposal in accordance with law. The transfer civil miscellaneous petitions are accordingly allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. __________________________________ G.
