2. Periticner claims title to the land of arr exlent ,{c.6.05 guntas in Sl. I,lo.13 situated at SeethalJon<li Village, Gudihathnocr 1,4 rLnclal, Adilabad District, on tht: basis of inheritance frorn ,is father. It is the case of the pt:titi'ner is that his father u,:rs r.:ulr vating the subject iand prior to 191j0 and was 2 t thus a Protected Tenant, and therefore they applied for Ownership certificate under Section 3B(E) of AP (Telangana Area) Tenancy Act, 1950. It is the precise grievarce of the petitioner that though the Joint Collector declared that the petitioner is entitled to ownership certihcate in respect of subject land, and directed the 5m respondent-Revenue Divisional Oflicer to take further action in the matter. However, neither the 5th respondent nor the 2"d respondent-Assistant Commissioner, Endowments department, Adilabad, has taken action for issuance df ownership certihcate to the petitioner. While so, the 3.d respondent-Single Trustee of the Temple filed an Application before the Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.754 of 2010 (old O.A.No.L2 of 2OlO), alleging that the petitioner is encroacher. The Tribunal, after due enquiry, held the petitioner as encroachei and directed to vacate and hand over the scheduled property to the 3.a respondent. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Endowments. Perused the record. 3
