Heard Mr.Yakaiah, learned counsel representing Mr.D.Y.N.L.N.Char1,ulu, learned counsel for he petitioner, Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistart Governmen Pieader for Revenue representing iearned Government Plea,l :r for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 and Mr., )handrasekhar \:4t \ - Reddy Gopi Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.5. perused 2 the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 had issued Nala Proceedings No.240.04944O6 dated
08.08.2024 by converting the agricultural land admeasuring 4cs.3.1800 gts into non-agricultural lald out of total extent of land admeasuring Acs.4.1200 gts in Sy.No.259A/1 situated at Pedda Amberpet (Ka1al) Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Rangareddy District. Aggrieved thereby, unofficial respondent No.5 has filed grievance application on 25.09.2024. Later, respondent No.3 had addressed a letter No.Bl2458l2024 dated
07.12.2024 to respondent No.2 seeking to issue necessary instructions for cancellation of said Nala proceedings dated O8.O8.2024, without issuing any notice to the petitioner, which is arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders. 4 . Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that the lalds for which the conversion permission has been grarrted lvere already disposed of in favour of various persons and suppressing the said facts the petitioner had obtained the Nala proceedings dated 08.08.2024. Hence, respondent No.3 had t J addressed a letter to respondent No'2 requesting no to entertaln any sale transactions in respect of lands rdmeasuring Acs.3.180Lr gts in Sy.No.25gp.l1 situated at Perl la Amberpet (Ka1an) Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal' Rangarer:' y District to avoid multiplicity of litigations' 5. Learned Assistant Government Pieader lor Revenue contends that the case of the petitioner is under consideration before respondent No.2 and the petitioner ought t: have filed his objections if an-v, before respondent No'2' Inslt ad' petitioner he states that rushed to this Court a premature stage' Therefort ' the Writ Petition is misconceived and seeks to di miss the Writ Petition
