BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4449 of 2O2S ORDER: This writ petition is hled seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not incorporating the name of the petitioner's father i.e., Dappu Sathaiah S/o. Ramaiah, respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.38 gts., 1n 1n Sy.No. 129/ 1/B, situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in Dharani records and not issuing pattadar passbook in pursuance of the TM-33 online application submitted by the petitioner for data correction uide application No.2500OO3809, dated

23.O1.2025, AS illegal, arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Considered the submissions of learned counsel for respective parties and perused the record.

It is stated that the petitioner's grandfather i.e., Dappu Ramaiah along with others was the pattadar and possessor of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.11.12 gts., Sy.No.129, situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet i I i I I I \ i 2 Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated in the year 1960, uide proceedings No.A61266160, the then Tahsiidar, Hyderabad West had issued land possession permission in favour of original pattadar i.e., Dappu Ramaiah and thereafter, his name was recorded in the revenue records in respect of lancl to an extent of Ac.3.30 gts., in Sy.No.129/ 1. It is further stated that after the death of the Dappu Ramaiah, the name of petitioner's father i.e., Dappu Sathaiah S/o. Ramaiah was entered in the revenue records as pattadar in respect of iris share of land to an extent of Ac.O.38 gts., in Sy.No. 129/ 1 / fl. 11 is further stated that the petitioner's father died leaving the petitioner as legal heir. The case of the petitioner is that u,hile incorporating the revenue records in Dharani website, the pattadar name i.e., Dappu Sathaiah, is not entered in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.O.3B gts., in Sy.No. 129/ 1/B, therefore, he had made an online application uide No.250O003809, dated 23.01.2O25 seeking correction of entries in Dharani website and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after , I 3 receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same. Hence, the writ petition

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue apirearing for the respondents has not disputed about the submission of the online application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfrls all the requirements, the respondent authorities will consider the sarn e.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application, dated 23.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner and if he fulfrls all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No. I of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 and if he is found otherwise eligible, they shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
