Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 and 3 forthwith take steps to incorporate the name of pattadhar Dappu Buchaiah S/o Ramamaih, in respect of land in survey no. 1291114, admeasuring Ac.0.38gts situated at Vattinagulapally village, Gandipet Mandal, Rana-a Reddy District and issue new pattedhar passbook in pursuance of the TM-33 online application of the petitioner for data correction vide Application No. 2500003860 dated 23-01-2025 and representation dated 27-O1-2025 su.bmitted to the respondents No. 2 and 3, pending disposal of the writ petition. BTIASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4426 of 2025 ORDER: ' This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not incorporating the name of the petitioner's grandfather i.e., Dappu Buchaiah S/o. Ramaiah, in respect of land to an extent of Ac.O.38 gts., in Sy.No.129/ 1/A, situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in Dharani records and not issuing pattadar passbook in pursuance of the TM-33 online application submitted by the petitioner for data correction uide application No.25000O3860, dated
23.01.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs. 2, Considered the submissions of learned counsel for respective parties and perused the record.

It is stated tlat the petitioner's grandfather i.e., Dappu Ramaiah along with others was the pattadar and possessor of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac. 11.12 gts., Sy.No.129, situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet , 2 Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated in the year 1960, uide proceedings No.A61266160, the then Tahsildar, Hyderabad West had issued land possession permission in favour of original pattadar i.e., Dappu Ramaiah and thereafter, his name lr,as recorded in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.3.3O gts., in Sy.No.129/ 1. It is further stated that after the death of the Dappu Ramaiah , thr: name of petitioner's grandfather i.e., Dappu Bucchaiah was entered in the revenue records as pattadar in respect of his share of land to arr extent of Ac.0.3B gts., in Sy.No. 129/ 1/A. It is further stated that the petitioner's grandfather and father died leaving the petitioner as legal heir. The case of the petitioner is that while incorporating the revenue records in Dharani website, the pattadar name i.e., Dappu Buchaiah, is not entered, therefore, he had made an online application ulde No.250O003860, dated 23.01.2025 seeking correction of entries in Dharani website and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent I 3 authorities are not considering the same. Hence, the writ petition.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed about the submission of the online application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfrls all the I requirements, the respondent authorities will consider the

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application, dated 23.O1.2O25 submitted by the petitioner and if he fulfils all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.l of 2021, dated l5.Ol.2O2l and Circular No. I of 2024, dated 2a.O2.2O24 and if he is found otherwise eligible, they shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4
