2. It is stated that the petitioners are in occupation o[ various extents of the lands total admeasuring Acs. I06.30 guntas in Sy.No.l4614, siruated ar yadagiripalte Village Yadagirigutta' Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District. lt is further stated that the names of the petitioners were recorded in pahanies for all these years, but the respondent authorities are not considbring the long possession o[ the petitioners for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, either under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar Act, 1971 or undcr the provisions of the Telangana - -Passbooks 1 c \ ti It. .l Wp 4064 2015 Rights in Land and Pa[tadar Passbooks Act' 2O2O ' It is lurther stated that thc petitioners made representations lor issuance of pattadar passbooks to enable them to receive various incentives andinvestmcntsubsidiessanctionedbytheGovernmentfrom timc to timc. [n view of the above submissions, this Court, q,ithout expressing any opinion with regard to the nature and classification of the subject land and since it is the case of the petitioners that their names have been reflectcd in pahanies as pattadars/ possessors, deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent civil Court to agitate their grievanccs by instituting appropriate suit seeking to declare them as ow,ners/ pattadars of the subject property. In the event of any decree granted in favour ol the petitioners, the respondent authorities are directed to issue pattadar passbooks in their favour, in accordance with law, by deleting the name of respondent No.6-temple from the revenue records.
