VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4335 of 2025 ORDER: Heard leamed counsel for the petitioners, leamed Govemment Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3 and Sri N.Krishna Sumanth, leamed counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.4 to 6, and perused the record. With the consent of leamed counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

The case of the petitioners in brief is that the respondent authorities in particular respondent No.3 IS interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners and also with petitioners' property bearing H.No. l2-i-204/65lllsP situated at Krushi Nagar, Bandlaguda, Nagole, Medchal-Malkajgiri District under the influence of respondent Nos.4 and 6, and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the civil dispute, which action of the respondent authorities, it is contended as illegal, arbitrary, infringement of fundamental rights and without sanction and authority of law

3. Per contra, learned Govemment Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I to 3 submits that the 4th respondent herein \ 2 had approached the respondent authorities and submitted a representation/complaint against the petitioners herein, and basing on the aforesaid compraint made by the 4ft respondent, the authorities .have registerecl a case vide Cr.No.55 /2025 dated l6_Ol_2025,wherein the I't petitioner herein is anayed as Accused No.3, the 2nd petitioner as Accused No.4 and 3'd petitioner as Accused No.2 on the fire of Nagole Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerare.

Leamed Government pleader for Horne further submits that the respondent authorities except conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime registered against the petitioners, are not involving themselves in the civil disputes or coercing the petitioners to settle the civil disputes with respondent Nos.4 to 6 herein.

5. The aforesaid statement made to this Court by the leamed Govemment pleader for Home appearing on behalf ol. respondent Nos.l to 3 is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, and since it is now stated to this Court of a case vide Cr.No.5 5/2025 having been registered wherein the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 4, this Court is of the view that the respondent authorities are to be directed / 3 to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crirne and take furlher action strictly in accordance with law. 7 Subject to above observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
