Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for tlee lrespective parties and perused the record' i It is stated that the land admeasuring Acs'OO-15 guntas in 3. !S5a.No.i+0704 situated at Vellichal Village, Ramadugu Mandal' .Ka.im.ragrt District, was assigned to the father of the petitioner 'and after lifetime of his father' he has succeeded the said property, and the revenue authorities have mutated his name in the revenue records and he is also receiving various incentives as investment subsidies sanctioned by the Government under 7 'r' / 2 vanous schemes for cultivation of his lands. It is further stated that when tlle petitioner has noticed that the nr L'e rlarne of respondent No.5 is reflecting as o$.ner ^r.r- ^-:.*'L aer of the subject propt:rt5r in the Dharani portar, he made an ,nline application No.24O0 134632, dated, 27 .12.2024 seeking data correction, and acting on the said application, the Tahsildar issued memo uide No B/26/ 183/2024, d,ated. O2.OL.2O24 stating that there are no orders passed oy the Government to examine the records and directeo, the petitioner to approach the concerned Court. Hence, this writ petition. 4. I I 1 I I i t 3 ,' 'duty is cast upon the respondents to act on the said application ifor correction of the entries and having entered wrong entries, ;the respondents are not having €rny power to direct the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court, therefore, the memo dated O2.O1.2O25 issued by the Tahsildar, is liable to be set aside. 6 In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for \ the respebtive parties, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of the wri! petition directing the respondent No.4 to re-examine the application submitted by the petitioner and file an appropriate report before respondent No.2 for carrying out necessa4r corrections in the Dharani portal. If the petitioner is eligible and fulfils all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the CCLA uide circular No.l of 2O21, dated 15.O1.2O21 and Circular No.l of 2024, d,ated 29.02.2024, the respondent authorities are directed to carry out necessaq/ corrections in Dharani Portal. If the petitioner is not entitled for correction of the entries, the respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order within a period of eight (Og) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the sane to tJre petitioner. 4 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
