It is stated lhat the petitioncr is the owner and posse ssol' of land admeasuring Ac.4.l4 guntas in Sy.No.148 si[Llated at Hanumajipeta Vil age, Vemulavvacla Mar-rdal, Rajanna Siricilla District, having purchased the same by \\.ay of a simple salc deed on 24.09.1938, and the rcvcnue aulhorities havc issued pattadar passbool.: and title deerl bearing No.45359 1 Llnder the provisior]s of the Telzrngana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, I ,)7 1 ancl the Rnles made thereunder. It is further stated thar respondent N<>s.4 to 6, vvho arc' the brothers 2 - o[ the petitioner, tited an appeal vicle No.D/33 42l20lS bcforc the Revcnue Divisional Officcr requesting to set aside thc Proc.No.ts/85 /O9-4O, ar-rd the passbooks and title dceds issucd in favour o[ the pctitioncr, and thc same was allou,ed vide ordcr dzitcd O8.O1-2O16 cancelling rhc proc.
