It is specific case of the petitioners that the petitioners made applications for grant of Domestic Power Supply to the House bearing Nos. 4-109/3, 4-69, 4-9, 4-94/1/8, 4-73/2llA, 4-49/LB/A, 4-31L, 4-44, 2-63/r, 4-4s, 4-3s/7/t, 4-164 and 4-45/A/7 admeasuring 81, 158, l0O, 167.22, 134.5, l2O, t6l, L20, L2O, L2O, 76, 128.33 and L42 Sq.yds respectively constructed in Sy.No.119 situated Ilapur Thanda Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District, but however. the said applications of the petitioners had been rejected on the ground that petitioners had not enclosed the proper documents. Aggrieved by the said action of the respondents, the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition. / 3

4. Learned standing counsel appearang on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 upon instructions submits that in view of the fact hat the petitioners' applications are not supported by the relevant documents as per the Rules in force as on date, hence the petitioners' applications had been rejected.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 further submits that upon petitioners make a fresh applicataons duly enclosing all the requisite documents as mandated under the rules in force as on date, the respondent Nos,3 to 5 would duly consider the same in accordance to law and pass appropriate orders thereon. 6, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the said submission made by the learned standing counset appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5.

Takin into consi deration: a) The aforesaid facts and circumstbnces of the case 4 b) The submissions made by the tearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitaoners and learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to S. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petationers to make a fresh applications duly enclosing all the requisite documents as mandated under the rules in force as on date within a period of one (O1) week form the date of receipt of copy of this order, seeking Domestic power Supply to the petitioners' House bearing Nos. 4-109/9, 4-69, 4-9, 4-94/LlB, 4-73/2/tA, 4-49/L8/A, 4-3/L, 4-44t 2- 6311,4-45,4-351711-,4-L64 and 4-45/A/7 admeasurang 81, 158, ,,OO, L67.22, L34.St tZO, L6L, L2O, LzO, l2O, 76, 128.33 and L42 Sq.yds respectively constructed in Sy.No.119 situated Ilapur Thanda Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District and upon the petitioners making a fresh applications duly enclosing all the requisite documents as mandated under the rules in force as 5 on date, on receipt of the same, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall consider the same in accordance to law within a period of one (O1) week thereon and pass appropriate orders and duly communicate the decision to the petitioners on the said applications of the petitioners.
