The petitioner apDroached the Court seekino Draver as under: "...to issue a Writ, Order' or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the application of the Petitioners for grant of Domestic Power Supply to the House bearing Nos.4-33, 4- 72/t/zA, 4-24A/2, 4-175, 4-46, 4-23, 4-69/A, 4- 34/6/t, 4-287/A, 4-LBt/3, 4-7/2/B and 4-62,/7/3 admeasuring Ll7, L34.5,60, 128.33, 124, 50 BO 76, 60, 214.0, 217 .O and 50 Sq yds respectively 2 SN,J w_4O57-2025 constructed in Sy. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Court by filing a fresh writ petition.

Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court by filing a fresh ) SN,J wp 4057_2025 wrat petition again.
