The petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as under: *.......to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the application of the Petitioners for grant of Domestic Power Supply to the House bearing Nos. 4-l2O/6, 4-3913/2A, 4-9612/A, 4-95, 4-60/2, 2-62/t, 4-207, 4-206, 4-7921A19 and 4-181/3 admeasuring 117, 100, I2O, L3O, 71, BO, 136, 136, 60 and 143 Sq.yds respectively constructed in Sy.No.119 situated Ilapur Thanda Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, 2 unconstitutional and violative oF Article 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India consequenfly set aside the same by directing the Respondents 2 to 5 to provide Domestic Electricity connection to the petitioners House bearing Nos. 4-t2O/6 4-39/3/2A 4_s6/2/A 4_ss 4_60/2 2_62/r 4_207 4_ 206 4-t92/A/9 and 4-t}t/3 constructed in tl7,1OO, 120 730, 7I,80, 136, 13,6 60 and 143 respectively in Sy. No. 119 situated Ilapur Thanda Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District and to pass....,,

It is specific case of the petitioners that the petitioners made applications for grant of Domestic power Supply to the House bearing Nos. 4-120/6, 4-3g/3/2A, 4_96/2/A, 4_gS, 4_ 60/2, 2-62/I, 4-207, 4-206, 4_rg2/A/g and 4_tlr/3 admeasuring Ll7, IOO, 720, l3O, 7t, 80,136, 136, 60 and 143 Sq.yds respectively constructed in Sy.No.119 situated at Ilapur Thanda Village, Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District, but however, the said applications of the petitioners had been rejected on the ground that petitioners had not encrosed the proper documents. Aggrieved by the said action of the respondents, the petitioners fired the present writ petition. 4, Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 upon instructions submits r 3 that in view of the fact hat the petitioners' applications are not supported by the relevant documents as mandated as per the Rules in force as on date, hence the petitioners' applications had been rejected.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 further submits that upon petitioners making fresh applications duly enclosing all the requisite documents as mandated under the rules in force as on date, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 shall duly consider the same in accordance to law and pass appropriate orders thereon. 6 Learned counse! appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5.

The Writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make fresh apptications duly enctosing all the requisite documents as mandated under the rules in force as on date within a period of one (01) week form the date of receipt of copy of this order, seeking Domestic power Supply to the petitioners, House bearing Nos. 4-12Ol6, 4-39/3/2A, 4-96/2/ A, 4-95, 4-6012, 2-62/1, 4-2O7t 4-206, 4_L92/A/9 and 4-LaLl3 admeasuring LL7, LOO, 1-2O, 1-3O, 7L, gO, 136, 136, 60 and L4j Sq.yds respectively constructed in Sy.No.l19 situated at Ilapur Thanda Village, Ameenpur Mandat, Sangareddy District and upon the petitioners making fresh applications duty enclosing all the requisite documents as mandated under the rules in force as on date and on receipt of the same, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 shalt consider the same in accordance to law within a period of one (01) week thereon and pass appropriate orders and 1, t' To, 5 duly communicate the decision to the petitioners on the said applications of the petitioners.
