2. Heard Sri V.V.Vedantha Chary' learned counsel appeanng through Video Conference, representing Sri V'Sai Krishna' learned counsel for petitioners and Sri S'srinivas Reddy' learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents.
3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties' the writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission'

Llagrred counsel for the petitioners submits that the Z subject property is Government Assigned Lard, which was issued in favour of petitioners in the year 1994 and srnce then, they were in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. In the year 2012, respondent No.4 passed the resumption order, taking subject property for allotment of house sites and paid menger compensation of Rs.gO ,OOO / _ to each acre, to the petitioners. He further submits that the respondent authorities have taken physical possession and not allotted to anyone and the petitioners are in physical possession till date. He further submits that the petitioners have submitted representation dated 27.02.2024, before respondent Nos.2 to 5, requesting them to re-allot the subject property in their favour. Inspite of the same, respondent Nos.2 to 5 have not taken any steps to consider the same, without any reasons.
5. Learned Assistant GoverRment pleader for Land Acquisition submits that respondent No.2 will consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 27.02.2024, in accordance with law, if it is pending and requested this Court to grant reasonable time 7 \" 3
6. In view of the above said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to respondent No-2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated
27.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
