The petitioner approached the Court seekinq prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3'd respondent in not considering the representation dated 09.01.2025 and the 1't respondent in not considering the representation dated 10.01.2025 made by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Article 14, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 3'd respondent to consider the representation dated 09.01.2025 and the 1't respondent to consider the representation dated I \ 2 *p 42s4 tuj

The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the members of the petitioner society, who are economically weaker, have applied seeking financial assistance under the ..Telangana Dalit Bandhu Scheme", however, no financial assistance had been granted to them as on date. The petitioner submitted a written representation dated 09.01.2025 to the respondent No.3 and another representation dated 10.01.2025 to the respondent No.1 requesting to release funds under Telangana Dalit Bandhu Scheme to the petitioner's society members, however, no action had been taken on the said reprebentations by the respondent Nos.1 and 3 as on date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Government pleader for Social Welfare submits that the writ petition could be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioner as put forth by the petitioner vide the said representations dated 09.01.2025 and 10.01.2025 in accordance to law, within a reasonable period.

Taking into consideration; SN,J w_4284 2025 a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, b) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, c) The contents of the representation of the petitioner dated O9.O1.2025 addressed to the respondent No.3 and the contents of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.O1.2025 addressed to the respondent No.1 and, I d) The fact that the said representations are pending for consideration by the respondent Nos.1 and 3 as on date, The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No,3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.O1,2025 and the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 1O.O1.2025 seeking release of funds to the members of the petitioner society under Tetangana Dalit Bandhu 4 SN,J wp-4284 202s Scheme in accordance to law within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and duly communicate the decision to the petitioner.
