And consequently, direct Respondents no.2 to 7 to release the power supply to the Pr:titioners'residential property comprising of 1 cellar + 1 Silt + 5 upper floors at premises, bearing Municipal Nos.1-2-49, 7-2-49/A, admeasuring 934.43 Sq Yards, Ciagan Mahal Road, Domalguda, Hyderabad, without insisting on an occupancy certificate (OC), and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is represented by the learned counsel appearinq on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSpDCL appearing on cehalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 31.01.2025 passed in W.p. No.21B0 of 2025, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
4. Brining the said submissions of both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.
