BHASKAR REDDY I{IRIT PETITION No.384 7 of2O25 ORDER: It is stated that the petitioners, father by name Mala Laxmaiah was the protected tenant of the land to an extent of Acs.3-25 guntas in Sy.No. 17/EE situated at Damergidda Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated that the name of the petitioners, father was recorded as protected tenant as per the provisions of the Telangana Tenancy and Agriculture Land Act, 195O (for short ..the Act,,). After the death of the petiti8ners, father, an enquiry has been conducted by the competent authority under the provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that the ownership of the subject land had been transferred to petitioner,s father by issuing the Certificate of ownership under section 3g-E of the Act and since then the petitioners'father had been in possession'of the same. rt is stated that name of the petitioners,father was recorded as pattadar in the revenue records for the said extent land. It is further stated that after the death of the petitioners, father, the petitioners made an application, dated 11.t1.2024, seeking to grant potuhi Izafa, consequential mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books in their favour as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2e. -fhe grievance of the I ", CVBR. In view of the above submissions and since the Tahsildar_ respondent No.6 has conferred with the power under Section 6 of the Act, 2020, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioners to file an online application in appropriate module of Dharani portal in terms of CCLA,s Circular No.7/2O2t, dated 15_Ot_2021 and, Circular No.t/2024, dated 28.O2.2O24 duly enclosing the certificate under Section 3g_E of the Act and other relevant documents and in the event of hling of such an application, respondent No.6 is directed to conduct enquli, and after issuing notice to all the persons interested and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of eight (Og) weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.

6. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
