Brief facts stated in tl-ris writ petitiorl are that the petitioner claims to be the on ner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.12.31 guntas, in survey No.201/E, situated at Purushottaigudem, Marripeda Mandal, Warangal District. The case of the pctitioner is that to get his name mutated in the revenue rccords and for issuancc of pattadar pass book and titlc deed, pctitioner had approached respondent No.4 and requested to issue the sarne in his favour.
