Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner hled the present writ petition to declare the action of the Respondent No.6 in interfering into the peacefr.rl life and liberty of the petitioner and also interfering into the matrimonial dispute between the son of the Petitioner namely Kamireddy Raghavender Reddy and Respondent No.7 and calling the petitioner to the Police Station and threatening to settle the dispute with the Respondent No.7 without conducting the counseling/without following the due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions submits that the respondent No.6-Station House Officer has registered a case dated 28.01.2025 in Crime 2 -- No.154 of 2025 on the file of the P.S. Petbasheerabad under Section 85 of BNS, in which the petitioner is the Accused No'2 (A2) along with his son and wife. He further submits that except conducting investigation in the above case, the Investigating officer is not interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner and not interfering in matrimonial disputes as alleged by the petitioner, thus, requested to dismiss the writ petition. In view of the case registered in Crime No' 154 of 2025 on 4. the lrle of the P.S. Petbasheerabad, dated 28'O1 '2025' tlte presentwritpetitionisdisposedofdirectingtherespondent No.6-Station House officer not to interfere into the petitioner's life and libertS' and follow due procedure in accordance with law in investigation of the said crime.
