Though proof of service of notice taken out to respondent Nos.S & 6, is not liled, hou,ever, having regard to the manner of disposal of writ petition and the nature of /is involved, this Court is of the view that the matter can be proceeded with, without having the audience of the said respondents.

The case o[ the petitioners, in brief, is that the 4ft respondent authority is calling the petitioner to the police station at the behest of respondent Nos.S & 6 and threatening to settie civil disputes in rcspect o[ total extent of land admeasuring Acres 1.36 guntas situated in survey Nos.6O7lA, 608/8, 60T/B and, 6O8/8 situated aL Jammikunta Village & Mandal, Karimnagar District, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary
