2. Heard Smt.'l.hakur Roopa Singh, leamed counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing for respondent No. l. Mr.N.Sreedhar Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Mr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel appearing fbr respondent No.S.

3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission

Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.2 to 7 are not receiving application and providing service connection to the i i I 2 petitioner in respect of Plot No.46, in Sy.No. I l/3, admeasuring I I I I Sq.Yards. situatcd at Khanamet Village, Scrilingarnpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without any reasons.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing tbr respondent Nos.2 to 7 submits that petitioner has to submit online application for providing selice connection, but as on today, petitioner has not submittcd such application and whenever, petitioner submits online application, respondent autl-rorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and requested this Court to grant reasonable time.

6. By way ol reply, lean.red counsel fbr the petitioner submits that petitioner rnav be permitted to submit online application to the respondent authorities.

In view ol the above said submissions, without going into the merits of tl-re case, this Couft deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, by permitting the petitioner to submit online application to the respondent authorities for providing service connection and on such application, respondent authorities are direcled to consider thc_ -arre and -:- ./ 3 pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks fiom the date of subrnission of online application
