2. Heard Sri P. Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference; Sri K. Muralidhar Reddy, learned Government Pieader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I arrd 3; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf. of respondent No.4 and learned Assistant Government for Information and Public Relations Department appearing on behalf of respondent No.2.

3. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

4. Brief facts leading to liling of this writ petition are that the petitioner has been carrying advertising business of 2 publication in the newspaper. Respondent No.3 through letters, dated 19.L2.2018 and 10.01.2019 has requested respondent No.2 to release the publication of notification under Section 1 I (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Trdnsparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as the Act) for acquisition in Telugu and English languages. Pursuant to the said letters, respondent No.2 had issued release orders, dated 07.01.2019 and 07.O2.2O19 to publish the advertisement in the language of newspaper. Pursuant to the said instructions of respondent No.2, the petitioner has published the notification under Section 11(1) of the Act in Sakshi, Metro Evenings, Mana Telangana, Namaste Telangana, Surya Newspapers. According to the petitioner, the tota-l cost of publication is Rs.4,72,080/-. Accordingly, the petitioner has submitted the bilt Nos. 1741 dated 06.O2.2019, 1745 dated 11.O2.2OL9 and 1BO1 dated

06.03.2019 to respondent Nos.3 and 4 requesting them to pay I the above said amount. In spite of repeated requests made by the petitioner, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not taken any steps. Thereafter, the petitioner has got issued lega-I notice, on O9.O9.2O24 to respondent Nos.2 to 4. pursuant to the same, . -----.--- respondent No.2 uide letter, dated 09. 10.2024 requested respondent No.3 to clear the pending dues immediately. In spite of the same, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not taken any steps till date for payrr.lent of the due amount to the petitioner. The action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 is contrary to law. l .5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the letter, dated 19.O9.2O24 issued by respondent No.2, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not taken any steps to clear the bill amounts to the petitioner and the said amounts are due since, 2O 19

6. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue and iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition have requested this Court to grant three (03) months time for payment of the undisputed amount to the petitioner.

7. Having considered the submissions made by the respective parties and after perusal of the material on record, it reveals that the petitioner claimed an amount of Rs.4 ,72,OBO /- for release of the publication of notification under Section 1 1 (1) of the Act and submitted bills on

06.02.2019, ll.O2.2Ol9 and 06.03.20 19 before respondent Nos.3 and 4. Thereafter, the petitioner got issuedleeal notice i \ \ i I I 4 on O9.O9.2O24 to respondent Nos.2 to 4. pursuant to the said legal notice respondent No.2 issued letter on lg .0g.2O24 requesting respondent No.3 to clear the pending bills pertaining to advertisement charges in favour of the petitioner. B Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective parties, especially submissions made by the Iearned Government pleader for Revenue and learned Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition, the respondents are directed to pay the undisputed amount in favour of the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 9 Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
