ORDER:

It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed as authorized Fair Price Shop Dealer of the subject shop and the same is cancelled in the year, 2008 and thereafter, the petitioner claims to have frled the writ petition challenging the action initiated against the petitioner under Section 6A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Vide order, dated 25. 1 1.2OO8, this Court while gralting interim order, observed that till date of the order no action was taken against the petitioner either suspending or cancelling the dealership and therefore directed the respondents to supply essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted ,:hat in spite of the above Lnterim order, no orders have been passed by the respondents and the petitioner has also not been suLpplied with any commodjties ald the fair price shop is now being run by the In-charge dealer. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted representations, dated 22.OL.2023, OS.U,.2O24 and, O9.O2.2O24, but he has not received any reply and hence filed this writ petition.
Learned Government pleader for Civil Supplies takes notice on beha_lf of respondent No.4 and submitte,C that the representatio::rs of the petitioner would be considered.
In vie.u, thereof, this writ petition is disposerl of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties;, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations, submitted by the petitioner ald to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance wjth law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
