2. Heard Mr. C. Ruthwik Reddy, leamed counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material on record

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and Possessor of tlre land admeasuring Acs.20-23 guntas in Survey No.20 and Acs.5-21 guntas in Survey No.28/1, situated at NeknamPur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.2340 of 1975 dated
77.06.7975. It is stated that the petitioner submitted Dharani 2 application for mutating his name in the revenue records and for issuance of patLadar pass book in respect of the subject land ,rnd as the same was not considered, he was constrained to file W.p. N,r.15936 of 20'3 and this clourt disposed of the said writ petition by orcer dated
74.07.2023 dirr:c.ting the respondents therein to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for mutating his narne in the revenue records ;rnd for consequent issuance of pattadar pass book as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar pass Books Act, 2O2C' ).n respect the subject land. It is further .rr" of th" petitioner that r,:spondent No.2 - the District Collector, Ranga Reddy Dishict issuecl proceedings No.D1/7019/2023 d.ated 17."17.20,2i for mutating his name in the revenue records and in Dharani r)ortal in respect of the subject land.

It is also the, case of the petitioner that after mu tating his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, he made application No.21t10860919 as per the provisions of the Telangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non Agriculhrral purposes) Ac! 2006 for conversion of the subject land from agricultural purpose to non-agricultural p,urp... on the file of respondent No.4 _ the Tahasildar, Gandipet Mandal and respondent No.4, having ver Lfied all 3 the requisite documents, has granted conversion permission in the application No.2100860919 dated '15.03.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after obtaining permission for conversion of the subject land from agricultural use to non-agricultural use and even after issuance of proceedings No.D1/1019/2023 dated 17.11.2023 by respondent No.2 for mutating his name in the revenue records and in Dharani Portal in respect of the subject land, respondenLs No.3 and 4 are frequently interfering with his peaceful possession and causing tnconvenlence.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has not disputed the filing of W.P. No.15936 of 2023 by the petitioner and consequent issuance of the proceedings No.D-l'/ 1019 / 2023 dated
17.11..2023 by respondent No.2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has also not disputed the fact that respondent No.4 has entertained the application submitted by the petitioner for conversion of the subject land from agricultural purpose to non-agricultural purpose and issued conversion proceedings dated 15.03.2024.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to <Iispose of this writ petition directing the respondent \ \ 4 R authorities n.ot to interfere with the peaceful possess;ion of the petitioner and nature of the land in any manner. If the petitioner has not followed any of the terms and conditions of the conversion proceedings issued by respondent No.4 or if the respondents are having any claim over the subject land of the petitioner, du,: process of law shall be followed by issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting erLquiry, the respondent authorities shall pass appropriate reasoned orders in accordance with law and communicate |.he same to the petitioner. 7 Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
