The Appettant/Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 atong with their counset have appeared before the District Legat Services Authority, Mahabubnagar. sri Mohammed Abdul shabbeer, senior Manager - Legat ctaims for the Respondent No.2-lnsurance Company has appeared before the Lok Adatat. lt is reported by the Respondent No.2-lnsurance company that both the parties entered into compromise and the matter has been settted. As per the setttement, the Respondent No.2-lnsurance company, has agreed to pay enhancement amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three takhs fifty thousand onty) with interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of petition titt reaLization which comes to Rs.7,27,9761- in addition to the amount atready deposited and the Appettants/Ctaimants have agreed to receive Rs.7,27,976l- (Rupees seven lakhs twenty Seven thousand nine hundred and seventy six onty) towards futl and finat setttement of their ctaim. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the case is settted before the Lok Adatat. ln view of the above said setttement, the lnsurance company has agreed to pay the above said amount within a period of (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or detay in making such deposit, the AppeLl.ant/Petitioners are entitted to ctaim interest as awarded by the Tribunat.
