2. Ms. B. Himavarshini, learned counsel representing the learned counsel on record for the petitioners, submits that petitioner Nos. 1, 3, 5 8 10, and 11 are senior citizens aged over 70 years. Along with the other petitioners, they are represented by their registered GPA holders, as per the document bearing No. 113/2015, dated 08.10.2015, registered with the District Registrar, Hyderabad. The petitioners made a representation dated
28.O1.2O2O to the 1st respondent, seeking to set aside Government I\/[emo No.26646/UC.II(3)/08-2, dated Page 2 of5
24.O9.2OO8, in respect of the land in Sy. Nos 10, 11, 14, 16, and 32 of Gutta,la Begumpet Village, Se I ilingampa,tly Mandal, Ralga Reddy District, and to conh-- n the orders issued in File No.F2 I 4420 I 07 , dated 26.O2. 2008, by the S.O. & C.A., ULC, Hyderabad, which rverr' in favour of the petitioners. She further submits thir. a detailed representation was made by the petitio:l :rs through their GPA holders to the lst respondent, clL rllenging the orders passed by the 3rd respondent. I Iowever, no action has been taken so far by the ls' respondent. Aggrieved by this inaction, the present writ petition has been hled.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, represen ting the learned Government Pleader for Rtr enue, upon instructions, submits that the 3rd resl ondent had addressed a letter to the 2nd resl)' )ndent vide proceedings No.F2l4420l2OO7, dated 02.05.2013, stating that since the applicalts had ql:stioned the Government Orders, the matter should be rlaced before Pase 3 of5 \ \ the Government for appropriate orders, and that it has been pending with the 1st respondent. He further submits that the petitioners made their representation only on 28.OL.2O2O, after a lapse of seven years from the date of the order passed by the 3.d respondent, and that they ought to have approached the competent authority instead of directly filing the present writ petition.

Haying-heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court is of the considered opinion that, as tJre grievance of the petitioners is admittedly pending with the 1"t respondent, it is appropriate, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, to direct the 1bt respondent to verify and examine the representation submitted by the petitioners, 1n h.icordance with the procedure established by law, and .'to-pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition ts disposed of. No costs.
