BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36tT of 2o25 ORDER: It is stated that the father of the petitioner was the owner and the agricultural lands admeasuring possessor of Acs. 1.39 guntas in Sy.No.65/AA/5, Acs'1'31 guntas in Sy.No.66AA/5, Acs. 1.09 guntas in Sy.No.66AA/5/l (as petitioner's father during his life time sold Ac.O-22 gtunts out of Ac'1-31 guntas) and Acs.2.02 guntas in Sy.No.67/AA/1, totalradmeasuring Acs.7-01 guntas, situated at Kothwalguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated that the petitioner's father has also been issued patta passbook vide Katha No.224 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in la'nd and I Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the ROR Act,2O2O"l and after his death, tJle petitioner has succeeded the said property' The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the old patta pass book, pahanies and all the reve le records till date clearly show the name of the petitioner's father as pattadar, the petitioner has not been issued new patta pass book nor the Dharani Portal is 6-n 2 CVBR,J WP.N,I.3617 of 2025 showing.any details of all the aforesaid extents, which constrained the petitioner to submit online application on 30 ll.2O24 in Dharani Portal'ide .Apprication No.2400 1 35077 seekirrg passbook data correctio.n and consequential issuance of amended pattadar passbook in his favour, but the said application has not been considered so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbook is. only a consequential act of carrying the e.ntries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act, l9Z I, therefore, unless and u.ntil earlier passbook has been cancelled by following the due procedure, the respondent authorities are not having any power or atrthority to reduce the extent in the e-pattadar passbook. i CVBR,J WP.No.36l7 of 2025 3

4. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has not disputed the issualce of pattadar passbooks and also the submission o{ the application seeking for data correction.

Admittedly, the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village, therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner, in any manner, unless the entries in the revenue records have been corrected by following due procedure. In view of the above submissions, this Court, without 6. expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the ,l petitioner and as it is stated that ttre lands admeasuring Acs. 1.39 guntas in Sy.No.65 lAAl 5, Acs.1.31 guntas in Sy.No.66AA/5' Acs.1.09 guntas in Sy.No.66AA/5/l (as petitioner's father during his life time sold Ac.O-22 gtunts out of Ac.1-31 guntas) and Acs.2.O2 guntas in Sy.No.67/AA/1, total admeasuring Acs.7-01 guntas, situated at Kothwalguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District have already been shown in the earlier pattadar pasS- 6ook issued in favour of his father, deems it a CVBR,J WP.llo.3617 of 2025 4 appropriate to clispose of the rwit petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the application No.2400135022, dated 30.11.2024 sr-rbmittgd by the petitioner and if ttre petitioner is otherwise eligibte a,d fulfils all the requirements of the circular instructions issrred by the ccLA uid e circular No. 1 of 2r,o2r, d.ated,

15.01.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, d,ated 28.02..2024, they shall carry out necessar5l corrections in the passbook and issue amended patta-d ar pass book in favour of the petitiorLer..
