The petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 2 to 7 to provide electricity connection LT Supply for 1No 3-Ph Commercial CT Meter Service of 25KW, 2Nos 3Ph C/s of each 10KW each and 1No.3-Ph C/s of 5KW along with existing 1No SC VZO49BB9 (Cat- II, 7KW) thus making total load of 57KW Connection to the Residential Building, in H.No. t3-9-l2l/A, on Plot No.23 (West Part and East Part), in Survey No. 46, total admeasuring 360 Sq Yards situated at Lalitha Nagar, Gaddiannaram (V), Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District, 2 wP 3540 2025 T.S. boundecl by North: 30 Wide Road; South: House of Radha Kristrna, Presently G Pulla Reddy Memorial School; East: B1'0"; West: B1'-0" Without insisting upon occupancy r:ertificate from the Bth respondent by holding that the refusal to provide electricity connection to the abov3 referred premises is illegal and arbitrary and pass..." It is the specific case of the petitioners that' the petitioners 3. applied for rele,ase of electricity LT Supply for 1 No'3-Ph commercial CT Meter Service of 25 KW, 2 Nos' 3-Ph C/s of each 10KWeachand1No.3-PhC/sof5KWalongwithexistinglNo. SC: VZO49BB9 (':at-II, 7KW), thus making total load of 57 KW to the petitioners Residential Building situated at Plot No'23' Survey No.46, Lalitha Nagar, Gaddiannaram Village' Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District, and in response to the said application, the 3'd respondent addressed a letter dated 2t.0g.2024 to the petitioners to pay charges of Rs'2'52'495/- and accordingly petitioners paid the said amount but the respondentscleniedtoprovideelectricityconnectionStatingthat the petitioners rnust produce occupancy certificate from the Bth respondent. Aggrieved by the said action of the respondents' the present writ Petition is filed. \ 3 wP 3540 2025

4. Learned Standing Counsel Sri N'Sreedhar Reddy submits that the writ petition could be disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 7 to consider petitioners' application and pass appropriate orders as per rules in force.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the tearned counse! on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to consider and pass appropriate orders as per rules in force and in accordance to law, on petitioner's application dated L4.Oa.2O24 seeking electricity connection for release of etectricity LT Supply for I No.3-Ph commercial CT Meter Service of 25 KW, 2 Nos. 3-Ph C/s of each 10 KW each and 1 No.3-Ph Cls ot 5 KW along with existing 1 No. SC: VZO49aA9 (Cat-II, 7KW), thus making total load of 57 KW connection to the Residential Building in H.No.13-9-l2llA situated on Plot No.23 in Survey No.46 situated at Lalitha Nagar, Gaddiannaram Village, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy 3 l ) 4 wP 3540 2025 District, Telangana State, within a period of one (O1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order duly considering the permission vide Permit No.3O2923/6320/ HGMC/2023, dated 19.06.2023 issued by Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Saroor Nagar in favour of the petitioner.
