BHASKAR REDDY ORDER: WRIT PETITION No.3516 of 2o.25 It is stated that the father of the petitioners by name A.Muralidhar Rao was the orvner and possessor of the ldnd admeasuring Acs.6.12 guntas in Sy.No.g of Chandanagar Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquired the same from his father and the name of the petitioner was also mutated in the revenue records. It is further stated that the father of the petitioners died and after the dpath of their father, the petitioners have made online application No.24008O7O39, dated 12.72.2024 seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records and also issuance of e_pattadar pass book in their favour. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same.
