The Director, Directorate of State Audit, 5th Floor APGLI Building, Tilak Road, Abids, Hyderabad and another .....RESPONDENTS @#@#@#@#@#@#@ ORDER:(per Hon’ble Sri Justice B.Prakash Rao) The petitioner herein, claiming to be the legal heir of the deceased employee, files this writ petition inter alia seeking to assail the validity of Rule 50 (5) (iii) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 as ultravirus. Without going into the merits, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the judgment of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India [1] , the petitioner has to approach the Industrial Tribunal under the A.P. Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
