Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.z to 5 and Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent No.6.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 2 to 5 to act in accordance with the law and to release service connections along with electrical meters to the petitioner herein for Plot bearing No'697, in Survey No.11/14, to 11/18, admeasuring 300 Sq' Yards or 250.80 Sq. Mts, situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-Op, Housing Society ltd., Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, without being influenced by the instructions oF the 6th respondent and pass such other relief .'". 2 SN, J wt, 3481 2025

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 2L.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.1499 of 2OZS and hence, the petitioner is entitled for the similar relief as extended to the petitioner in W.P.No.1499 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 does not dispute the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearang on facts and I behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1499 ol 2025 dated 21.O1.2025, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to S to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity servace connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for -) wP l48l 2025 release of electricity service connection to the petitioner in accordance to law, in respect of petitioner's subject property i.e., Ptot bearing No.697, in Survey No.11l14, to L1-lL9, admeasuring 3OO Sq. Yards or 25O.8O Sq' Mts, situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-Op, Housing Society Itd., Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of th's order. In the event the respondents 2 to 5 after due consideration pass orders on petitioner's application releasing the subject electricity service connection, t*re' same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the Iitigation pending before it arising out of the order dated L2.O9.2OL2 passed in Writ Petition No'2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
