Counsel for the Petitioners: SRI ARVIND KUMAR KATA Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR SERVICES ll The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK ORDER: W.P.No.4269 of 2O2L This writ petition is hled with the following prayer: "To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus (a) by declaring the entire action of the respondents in not extending the beneftt of pcriodical increments as well as PRC benefits while extending the above said beneht to other NMR time scale employees on the untenable ground that the petitioners herein are not obtained any favourable orders like others similarly situated persons is as highly illegal, arbitraqr, unjust, improper discrirninatory violative of all principles of natural justice (b) and consequently to direct the respondents to forthwith extend the beneht of periodical Annual Grade increments and other allied bencfits to the petitioners from the date of pa5zment of minimum time scale like other similarly situated persons whose favour Govt issued orders vide G.O.Rt.No 468 PR and RD (PR II) Dept dated 23.7.2015 and G.O.Rt.No.132 PR and RD Dept dated 28.2.2017 and G.O.Rt.No.498, PR and RD Dept dated 18.7.2018".

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.5556, 8486 ald 8968 of 2018 dated 23.A.2018 and submits that the Government has extended the benehts to the similarly situated persons vide G.O.Rt.No.468 dated 23.7.2OI5, G.O.Rt.No. t32 dated 28.2.2017 and G.O.Rt.No.498 Panchayt Raj and Rural Development Department dated 18.7 .2O 18 and seeks to extend the same bene{it to the petitioners herein a1so. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.5556, 8486 and 8968 of 2O18 dated 23.8.2018 and the respondents are directed to extend the benefrts as extended vide G.O.Rt.No.468 dated
23.7.2015, G.O.Rt.No.132 dated 28.2.2017 and G.O.Rt.No.49B Panchayt Raj and Rural Development Department dated 18.7.2018 to the petitioners herein.
