BIIASI{AR REDDY ORDER: WRIT PETITI ON No.35OI of2025 It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.25O; Acs.2.32 guntas in Sy.No.2S1; Acs.2.33 guntas in Sy.No.2SO; Ac.O.2l guntas in Sy.No.25 t; Acs.2.0O guntas in Sy.No.250 and Ac. l.2O guntas in Sy.No.250, thus total extent of Acs. 15.16 guntas, situated at Andugulapet Village, Mandamarri Manda_I, Mancherial District, having purchased the sane through different registered sare deeds. It is further stated that the petitioners have jointly made an applicatiori seeking for conversion of the said land from agricultural use to non- agricultural purpose artd respondent Nos.2 to 5 have granted conversion permission uide proceedings No.B/2:BOS/20tO, dated 01.11.2010. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities without issuing aly notice and w.ithout following due procedure as contemplated under law are frequently interfering with the petitioners, land and causing obstruction for enjol.rnent of the same as absolute owners.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government 2 CVBR, J Wp_3s01 2025 Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being dl sposed at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the issuance of conversion permission, dated 01'11'2010 but stated that the said conversion permission has been issued su'bject to certain conditions ald only to verify whether the pretitioners have strictly complied with the conditions of the corrvergion permission or not, the respondent authorities have inspected the subject property but they have never interl-ered with the possession of the petitioners, in any manner- In view of the above submissions, this Court' without 4. expressing any opinion with regard to the riSht and entitlement of the petitioners over the subject property, deenas it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, directing the respondent authorities to initiate appropriate proceedings if they are having any claim or if they are found that the petitioners have violated the terms and conditions stipulated in the conversion permission, dated 0 1 . 1 1 . 2OlO, alter issuing notice to the petitioners and shall pass orders strictly in accordance with law' 3 CVBR, J Wp 3501 2025 Except the procedure as contemplated under law, the respondent authorities shall not interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property, in any malner.
5. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6 As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
