Taking into consideration the circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos'2 to 5 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P,No.1499 ot 2C.25 dated 21.01 '2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos'2 to 5 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the J SN. J wP 3491 2025 petitioner for release of electricity service connection to the petitioner in accordance to law, in respect of petitioner's subject property i.e., ptot bearing No.1OO9, admeasuring 3OO Square yards or 25O.g3 Square Meters, forming part of Survey No.tt/14, LI-/LS, LL/L6, LL/Lz and 11l18 Part of Survey No.11, situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampalty Mandat, GHMC Serilingampally Circle, Ranga Reddy District, within a period of four (O4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event respondents 2 to 5 after due consideration pass orders on petitioner's application releasing the subject electricity service connection, the same sha . be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2O12 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
