Sneha Bachanaboina, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behatf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.4.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to release 140 KVA under HT cat-Il supply for along with required number of electrical meters as per the sanction Memo No.E.NO.2024-08-01-23-01-089, Dated 10.10.2024 to the building constructed house bearing No. Plot No. 738/A bearing H.No. B-2- 293/82/A/738 in Sy. No. 403/1(OLD), 120(New) of Shaikpet Village and 10211 of Hakimpet situated within the approved layout of lubilee hills Co. Operative House Building Society total land admeasuring 1107 Sq. 3. the owner of Plot No.738lA bearing H.No. 8-2-293/82/A/738 in Sy.No. 403/1 (Old), 120 (New) of Shaikpet village and lO2/l of Hakimpet situated within the approved layout of Jubileehills Co. Operative House Building Society. The petitioner made application to the respondents to release the extended power supply for140 KVA under HT Cat-II supply and the same was sanctioned vide memo dated lO.LO.2024. However, the respondent authorities are not releasing the said extended Dower supply to petitioner. Aggrieved by the said action of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in spite of the sanctioned Memo E.No. 2024-08-01- 23-01-089, dated 10.10.2024 issued to the petitioner for release of 140 KVA under HT cat-Il supply along with required number of electrical meters to the building constructed with house building No.B-2-293l82/A/738 tn Sy.No. 403/1 (Old), 120 (New) of Shaikpet Village and 102/7 of Hakimpet situated within the approved lay,lg1 o1 Jubileehills Co. Operative House Building society, total land admeasuring 1107 sq. yds or 926 sq. mts, -t SN, J wP 1508 2025 Hakimpet, Serilingampally Mandal in GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, the respondents have not released the 140 KVA under HT cat-Il supply along with required number of electrical meters as per the said sanctioned memo dated 10.10.2024 issued to the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that upon the petitioner complying with all the required conditions subject to which the permission had been accorded to the petitioner as communicated to the petitioner vide estimate No.E.No.2024-08-01-23-01-0890, dated 10.10.2024 vide Reg.No. HT11650013, issued by the Superintending Engineer, Operation, Banjara Hills Circle to the petitioner herein which clearly stipulates that the subject to petitioner complying with the specific conditions, the respondents shall proceed and release the subject 140 KVA under HT cat-Il supply to the petitioner herein.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would comply with all the said conditions as intimated to the petitio ner vide Estimate Number E-2024-OB-O|-23-0 1 -089, Reg.
