2. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus against respondent Nos.3 and 4 who are allegedly trying to illegally dispossess the petitioners lrom their respective properties, over which the petitioners have raised a temporary construction for residing.

Today, during the course of hearing, upon a query being put to the learned counsel for the petitioners as to in what manner, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are trying to interfere with their peaceful possession, she submits that there is a frequent visiting of respondent Nos. j and 4 to the residences of the petitioners alleging that they have illegally encroached upon the govemment land and seeking for vacating the prernises by the petitioners. Except for the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are orally visiting the petitioners' houses and asking them to vacate their respective premises, I l i.,r 2 there does not seem to be any proceedings drawn by any of the. respondents, much less respondent Nos.3 and 4. 4. In the afore given facts and circumstances ofthe case, we do not find any strong cause of action having arisen in the case of the petitioners to approach the writ Court.

5. The Writ Petition, accordingly, at this juncture stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that in the event if any of the respondents intend to get the petitioners vacated, it goes without saying that they shall be initiating steps, strictly in accordance with the provisions of law governing the held.
