SARATH WRIT PETITION No.5642 of 2O22 ORDER: 1. Heard Mr.A.Narender Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant (iovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing for the ofhcial respondents. Perused the materia,l available on record.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is liled questioning the action of the officiai respondnets in not passing orders on the objection petitions dated 26.10.2025 and 30.09.2027, filed by the petitioner requesting not to accept the applications for mutation of the revenue records in the narnes of the unofficial respondents in respect of the lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.6.10 guntas in Survey No 83/1, Ac.4.29 guntas in Sy.No.B3/2, Ac. 12.30 guntas in Sy.No.89 ll, Ac.4.13 Guntas, an extent of 4c.4.13 guntas in Sy.No.11; an extent of Ac. 11.19 guntas in 81, an extent of Ac.14.06 in Sy.No.SS arld an extent of 8.37 guntas in Sy.No.86, situated at Yenkepalle Village, Mominpet 2 SK,J wP No.5642 of 2022 Mandal. Vikarabad District (hereinafter refe:- <:d as 'subject lands') and requested to direct the responden, eLuthorities not to mutate the names of the unofhciai responc r:nts in respect of the subject lands without considering 1 he petitioner's objection petitions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleack: for Revenue appearing for the ofhcia-l respondents would s -rbmit that the petitioner without making proper online appl< ation, filed the instant writ petition. If pctitioner makcs a f: :rsh application through ROR portal (Bhubharathi) under th,: new Act, 2025 and the Rules mad.e thereunder, the respor-r: ent- authoritie s will consider the same and pass appropriat,: orders as per existing rules and in accordance with law an<l requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made on eithr r side, without going into merits of the case, this writ petitior is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make f:- :sh application through 'ROR portal (Bhubharathi), as per r:xisting Rules under the new Act,2025. Upon such filing Or,.
