Madhusudan RedCy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing on behalf of respondent No.8. 2 The petitaoner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot No'1198, Survey Nos. 1U11, i-L/tZ, and LU13, Part of Survey No' 11, admeasuring 500 sq yards, situated at Khanamet Village Rajendranagar (Tq), Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State bounded by North: Plot No' 1199; South: Plot No. !!97; East: 30' Wide Road, West: Plot No.1211, as illegal null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2 wP 3526 2025 responclents to receive application and to release the service connection without being individual influenced by the instructions of the 8th respondent and to pass..." It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on 3. behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 06.0t.2025 passed in W.P. No'208 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No-';.2 to 7 brings to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has to file an online application for passing of appropriate ord ers.

Taki nq in o consideration: a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the I ( ( 3 w 3526 2025 learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7, The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to fite an online application seeking electricity service connection to the petitioner,s subject. premises i.e., Plot No.1198, Survey Nos. 11111, Ll/L2, and ]-,-/L3 Part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 5OO sq yards, situated at Khanamet Village, Rajendranagar (Tq), Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and upon the petitioner making such online application within the said period as stipulated as above, the respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioner for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within a period of one(1) week thereafter. It is however observed that if the respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioner,s application granting release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property, the same shdll be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation 4 wT' 3526 2025 pending before it arising out of Lz.Og.2Ot,2 passed in Writ Petition No'2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
