Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu) at Jagtial, which was revenue division in the erstwhile Karimnagar District. The husband of the petitioner namely E.Suresh is also a Government employee and working as a Paramedical Ophthalmic Offrcer in the office of the Deputy DM & HO, Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Government in General Administration Department issued G.O.Ms.No.317, dated 06.12.2021 organizing the local cadres and allotment of persons holding posts, pursuant to the Telangana Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order 2018 (herein after referred as Presidential Order-2o 18)' The petitioner was \ i I t. n 2 allotted to new local cadre i.e., Jagtia-l from erstwhile local cadre of Karimnagar uide proceedings dated 23.12.2021, but the husband of the petitioner was retained in the same place i.e., Karimnagar. 4 . Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that being aggrieved by the allocation to new local cadre i.e., Jagtial, instead of Karimnagar as per her option, the petitioner filed an appeal before the competent authority and since the said appeal was not considered, the petitioner filed W.P No.29O10 of 2022 before this Court and the sarne was disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 therein to consider and dispose of the appeal. Accordingly, the said respondents have disposed of the appeal stating that there are no vacancies in Karimnagar loca-l cadre in the post of SGT Telugu Grade-II, therefore, it is not feasibie to reallocate the petitioner from Jagtial to Karimnagar under spouse category.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that subsequently the petitioner was promoted to the post of School Assistant Grade-'I and posted to work at GHS, Korutla, Jagtial J District uide proceedings dated 18'06'2024 and the petitioner joined in the said post and working there'

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Government constituted a Cabinet Sub-Committee vide G.O.Rt No.292, dated' 24'02'2024 to examine and make representations to the Government on issues relating to G'O'Ms No.317,d,ated'06.12.202l.Accordingly,thepetitionerhad applied in the grievance cell on 2l '06'2024 for change of local cadre from Jagtial to Karimnagar local cadre' on spouse Grounds, as per the guidelines and norms prescribed by the Government. Thereafter, the Government finally issued G.O.Ms.No.243, dated 29'll'2024 directing to initiate necessary action to consider and approve change of local cadre in all spouse cases to the maximum extent possible' subject to the availability of clear vacancies in the requested cadre' Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that 7 . the Government in School Education had issued G'O'Rt'Nos'2 and 3, dated 18.01.2025 according permission to respondent No.2 for changing of local cadre and reallocation of 834 employees on spouse grounds and accordingly, respondent 4 No.2 issue proceedings dated 20 .O1.2025 for issuing appropriate orders in this regard by the DEOs concerned. But, the petitioner's name was not shown in the said proceedings, though there are clear vacancies i.e., 9 vacancies in her cadre and no one has opted to Karimnagar for the post SA Telugu Grade-1. g. l,earned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner had made a representation dated 22.01.2025 to the District Educational Officer, Jagitial, requesting to change her loca-l cadre and reallocate her to new local cadre i.e., Karimnagar. But, the respondents have not considered the

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner and without going into merits, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before respondent Nos.1 and 2, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in turn, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (O8) weeks thereafter :raFCl: a:-].,&ar-: l I l l I I I J
