2. Heard Mr. P. Ugender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.5. 3 Learned counsel For the petitioner submits th;t the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.4,09,790l- with Token No.2522739916, I t o dated 21.09.2024 and Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.11,90,210/- with Token No.2522739903, dated 21.09.2024, Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.5,59,698/- with Token No.2522739933, dated 2I.09.2024 and Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.16,25,607/- with Token No.2522739927, dated 21.09.2024, Final Encashment of Leaves/HPL of Rs.11,68,214/- with Token No.2523253587, dated
