BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.336l of 2o25 ORDER: It is stated that the petitioner had furchased the land admeasuring Ac.O. i6 guntas in Sy.No.400 /AAl2, Ac.0.08 7z guntas in Sy.No.400/ 1 and Ac.O.06 72 guntas in Sy.No.4OO/A/2, situated at Velikatta Village, Kondapaka Mandal, Siddipet District and her name was mutated in all the revenlle records and pattadar passbook bearing No.96551 uide Patta No.526 has been issued in her favoui under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1977 (for short "the ROR Act, 1971") and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that when the petitioner was not issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2O2O"l, she has submitted online application uide No.2SOOOO48OO, dated 28.O1.2O25. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same for issuance of e-pattadar pass book. Hence, the writ petition.

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. i 2 CVBR, J Wp 3361_2025

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbook is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act, 1971. Learned counsel further submitted that the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village, and therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records are corrected bv following due procedure. 4 . Sri L. Ravinder, iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed about the submission of the Dharani application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, thc re spondent authorities will consider the same.

In view of the above submissions, ttris Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the petitioner's application urde No.25OOO048OO, dated 28.0 I .2025 and if the petitioner satisfied all the requirements for issuance of e-pattadar pass book under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uid-e Circular No.1 of 3 CVBR, J Wp 3361 2025 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated

28.02.2024, consider the same and if the petitioner is otherwise not entitled for issuance of e-pattadar passbook, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
