No. 1 9/4 situated at Chinnakandukuru Village, yadagirigutta Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District by considering the online application No.C 124OOO3 49T5, d.ated, Og.Og.2024 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs. 11.2O guntas in Sy.No. 19 of Chinnakandukuru Village, yadagirigutta Mandal, yadadri_ Bhongir District, having purchased the same through sada bainama, dated 25.O6.1991. It is further stated that basing on the said agreement of sale, the petitioner also instituted a suit for specific performance urde O.S.No.2 g of 2023 and the same is pending before the Junior Civil Judge, Alair and respondent No.6 also hled a suit for declaration uide O.S.No.g8 of 201g and I i I I 2 (]VBR.
