Judgment

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against them in D.V.C.No.4 of 2009 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar, Rangareddy District.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has not insisted for the main prayer and prayed for dispensation of the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also in view of the fact that as the 2nd respondent and the petitioners are known to each other, the question of identity of the petitioners before the trial Court does not arise, the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court except the dates on which the learned Magistrate insists for their presence. The criminal petition is accordingly disposed of. _____________ RAJA ELANGO, J 25th January, 2011 CBS HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.P.No.5148 of 2010 (Disposed of) CBS 25th January, 2010
