Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that w.P.No.13695 of 2023 is liled praying this court to declare the action of the respondents in not deleting the wrong entries made in the pahanies and issuing pattadar passbook to respondent No.S in respect of land admeasuring Acs.6.13 guntas instead of Ac.1.13 guntas in Sy.No.696 l6/l@ as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, prayed to direct the respondents to delete the above wrong entries duly considering the petitioner's representation, dated L6.os.2o23 seeking for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.3.06 7z guntas in Sy.No. Sy.No.696 /d/Ie . on o6.06.2023, this court issued notice before admission to respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that during pendency of the w.p.No.13695 of 2023 respondent No.6 therein again came to the subject propert5r on 25.0 l.2o2s g1dr. t.i.a to interfere with the peaceful possession and \ 2 EVV, -" Wp_I3695 2023 and 3390 202i enjoyment of the petitioner, he made online application I No.250o006093, dated oL.o2.2o25 seeking for passbook data correction. Inspite of receiving the said application, the respondent authorities did not consider the said application, the petitioner was constrained to file w.P.No.3390 of 2o2s praying this court to declare the action of the District collector, siddipet District and the Tahsildar, Markuk Mandal, siddipet District, in not considering the online application No.25OO0O6O93, dated OI.O2.2O25 made by the petitioner for passbook data correction as illegal and arbitrary.

4. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has produced written instructions, dated 29-lO.2O2S, issued by the Tahsildar, Markuk Mandal, Siddipet District. Relying on the contents of the said written instructions, he would submit that online application No.25OOOO6093 made by the petitioner'for passbook data correction was rejected in File No.B/ Llg /2025, dated 11.02.2025.

Having perused the material on record and the written instructions placed by the learned Assistant Government I Pleader for Revenue, this Court does not see any reasonable ground to keep the writ petitions pending as the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed by the respondent authorities uide File No.B/ ll9 /2025, dated LL.O2.2025. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed. However, it is needless to mention that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said rejection order, he is at libert5r to work out his remedies as available under law.
