2. Heard Sri Mohd. Adnan, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that notices issued \ \ to various adjoining bunk owners were challenged by way of Writ Petitions, vide Writ Petition No.3249 of 20[0 and batch and the t said Writ Petitions were disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court vide common order dated 06.1I .2023, by following the order passed in Writ Petition No.15035 of 2009. The operative portion of 2 LNA, J WP.No.2|l7l o1'2015 corrmcrn order passed in writ petition.No.3249 of 2010 is as under:- "In view of the order passed by us today in Writ petition No. I 503 5 of 2009, the tmpugned notices dated 30.01.2010 are quashed. However, tt is open for the authorities to take action against the petitioners tn accordance with law. Liberty ,s reserved to the petitioners to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them in law, in case the petitioners are aggrieved by any order which may be passed by the Collector."
