ORDER:
This writ petition has been tiled seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No. lll of 2020 on the file of the Veerapally Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused No.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 rlw 34 ofthe Indian Penal Code, 1860
Heard Mr.G.V.Gopala Krishna, leamed counsel tbr the petitioner through video conference and Mr.B.Sridhar, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l and 2.
Upon perusal of the record, it reveals that when the matter was initially taken up for consideration on 02.01.2021, this Court while recording the submissions made by the then learned \ Assistant Government Pleader for Home that 'police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet on 16.01.2021 and the same was taken on file and C.C. number was awaited.', posted to 03.03.2021 under the caption 'for orders'.
