And whereas, the arguments of Sri the High Court upon hearing Satyanarayana Nimmagadda, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to Respondent No.2 herein to show cause why this application should not be admitted. You viz: Seva Jayamma, W/o. Sudarshan Rao, Occ: Govt. Teacher, R/o.H.No.15- 51/1, Near C.S.I. Church, Sathupally Village and Mandal, Khammam District. are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in this petition (copy enclosed) this Criminal Petition should not be admitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to Respondent No.2 by RPAD and file proof of service. And it is further ordered that there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in Crime No.81 of 2006 on the file of Sathupally Police Station, until further orders.
