2. With the consent, finally heard.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant specihcally stated that the appellant is not pressing his relief against the award No.10 of 20 15, dated 26.O9.2OL5, and the appellant will-!e- satisfied if his represent .\ dated 16.08 .2016, 28.09.2017 , "J

18.03.2021, 03.02.2024 and 22.1O.2024 for grant of Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) Package considered and decided within the stipulated time. The appellant has given up all the other reliefs claimed in the writ petitiorr.

5. The other side raised no objection and agreed that this writ appeal may be dispo-sed of by directing respondent No.7 to take a decision oh the aforesaid representations

6. In view of the consensus arrived at, the appellarrt is permitted to file a fresh comprehensive representation before respondent No.7 within fifteen days from today along with a copy of this order. In turn, responderrt No.7 sha_ll decide the said representation in accordance with law by taking into account the R&R policy and merits of the case, without getting mechanically influenced by the order of the learned Single Judge.
